The Story nor the character is anything unique, it's filled with tropes. The female lead is sick with some disease, the male lead is this gloomy with 'life sucks & i don't care' type of attitude. The only uniqueness to this manga is male leads story of loving flowers and his pursuit for it. Tropes doesn't necessary mean its a bad thing.
The pacing could have been better, since its a one-shot I know that it wasn't going to show every small developments. But I wish it showed more signs of the male lead falling in love. The development of their relationship was very rushed.
Art (9)
The art isn't unique or special but looks very good. It doesn't downgrade the one-shot, but upgrades and helps with the story. The art looks detailed and I quite like it. The art alone didn't carry the manga, but certainly contributed greatly to the enjoyment while reading.
Overall (8)
For being a short one-shot, this was overall very enjoyable.
However, with all these trope factors combined, a beautiful one-shot is created thats enjoyable to read.
