It does have a somewhat original idea for the story, the art is okay but my enjoyment of it was really quite low. The reason for that is that despite having a lot of nudity, it just was not very entertaining. It was almost like they made the series just so that they could draw a lot of naked chicks. But they couldn't just have girls so they had a short cowardly kid and a crazy pervert.
All in all i give the anime a 7. I would have giving it a 6 but because i was able to watch the whole thing without dropping it i gave it some slack.
