Yeah this is basically just another power fantasy isekai.
In this case, the gimmick is the crest that everyone is born with. MC reached his limit, and wanted a reroll to get the crest best suited for combat. However, once he is reincarnated he comes into a world that thinks the strongest crest is instead the weakest, and magic in general has regressed significantly since the time he was alive. To the shows credit, that is a pretty interesting twist that could give rise to some very interesting world building, But in the end, though it wasn't bad, the world building wasn't really that good either. The reveal was interesting enough, but after that it just became a very generic fantasy setting of trying to kill the bad group, with a super powered MC surrounded by girls.
So basically, the main thing that could have made this show interesting is addressed too quickly, which meant there wasn't too much to look forward to, unless you like these types of shows.
