Mermaid Prince - This one is the longest with the most narrative. The ocean is featured prominently in this story and it in some respects reminded me a lot of The Gods Lie, another work by the same author. The art is beautiful, and I loved the oceanic/tropical vibes.
Yuki no Hi - This one was the shortest and I think it's the weakest. It's only one chapter, but I still enjoyed how kind the protagonist was and the magical(?) element in it.
Ametsukigahara - Weirdly enough I enjoyed this one the most. It felt the most "out there" for all the stories. The protagonist comes across as weirdly cold, but at the same time felt the freest of all the characters in the story.
Overall, I enjoyed every story in their own right. If you enjoyed previous works by this author, I recommend you check this out! Many manga can feel daunting to read, but this is a very short series that leaves you thinking about what the author put in the story and all the character interactions.
