Liz to Aoi Tori is a spin-off story of Hibike Euphonium but doesn't require you to watch Hibike Euphonium to enjoy this anime, The story focuses on the lesson of you should not hold someone back no matter how much you love them and does justice to it, The anime shows 2 stories with the same lesson and balances the act b/w both of them perfectly, The chemistry of our 2 MC's is great, the music is one part where I felt they could have done more by just giving us more of it and the beautiful animation give this anime an awe factor that frankly I didn't expect from it because there is no jaw-dropping scene in this anime that screams beauty rather it's the intricacy of small things that just make it something to behold the best example is the orchestra scene on the surface it looks to be a scene for music to take over and nothing special for animation but the intricacy of interactions of characters with instruments is just beautifull
Overall this is a masterpiece
