Volume 1: 6-7-6-6-6
An interesting concept but it's a bit... dull? Koharu is an idiot for giving away where she works. We see people taking pictures of her etc in her private time but what did you expect when anyone could just follow you home? A slow start in volume 1, but it wasn't necessarily bad. I feel like it built up a little too much, in case it wants to go places later. Ai seems weird and kinda stalkery for that reason. And Shun's friend - honestly his second appearance was lame, so I hope it wasn't an attempt at building drama.
One issue that is mentioned is the danger of live streaming I guess (or being a "personality" on the internet). Yet Mr MC goes to her work multiple times a week and she's happy to be seen in public with him?? Make it make sense! Also, she filmed in a cafe at one point - either that cafe was dead af or the manager was a fan, because no way in hell would most cafes let you do that.
Koharu really doesn't have much of a personality. Shun doesn't either, but he straight out admits that so I'm fine with him being boring. There's a lot of side characters who really have no point being there. The art isn't anything special (not bad though). Great idea but not amazingly executed.
I have to say, I love maid cafes. So I'll probably keep reading regardless. I'm also into idols, so the idea of an "idol" dating a fan is intriguing to me.
Also related to "Say I Love You", as the MC is that MC's younger sister. I haven't read that series so that means nothing to me, but it might be interesting for people who like that series.
