For me, what makes this manga really uniqe compared to others is its characters and the devolopment of the story. Even though it includes misunderstandings just like any other romance mangas do, the story still gradually devolops and our main characters start to realize some things.
It also talks about issues like lack of self confidence which makes the manga really relatable for us as well. This manga is not only showing us the wholesome relationship between two middle-school students but also shows us the daily life problems that most of us have especially in our relationships.
For me, only disadvantage is that, Manga doesn't focus on the side characters. We do not know much about them since it only focuses on our two main characters which might make the manga a little bit boring.
But still, it is a really wholesome and funny manga that should be read by all romance manga readers.
