I love the film's English and Japanese soundtrack. The art style was very lovely. Like many ppl have commented, the story is a bit weak for a retelling of Beauty and Beast. It's not your everyday fairytale. It is about the inner-outer struggles of life. Masking our true selves and twisting ourselves to fit society standers so we can be liked by others. Letting the beast of self-doubt, sadness, pride, or wrath inflict deep scars of suffering. The only escape is to let yourselves and others help fight the beast back. Only then does your true beauty shines with confidence to face the world as yourself and not mask.
