Mixed Feelings
Preliminary (11/12 eps)
My experience with the series and my reaction to it was mixed. Sure, I do enjoy isekai series and the series had a character to which many Japanese viewers could relate, but the series had a bit too much ecchi even for a series focused on isekai and ecchi comedy. As the protagonist is still a child, I would've expected it to be a bit less ecchi and focus more on relationship development.

With the episodes, the episode numbering still was confusing to me. Was it episode 19 of the first season or was it episode 8 of the second season like the streaming service of my choice says? The episode numbering could be a bit more clear so the viewer could distinguish the first and the second season apart.

Apart of plot and episode numbering, the series was pretty enjoyable to watch. Although I've never been to series focusing on magic, it was enjoyable to watch the protagonist go through the happiness and the misery of getting a second chance. The perverted nature of the protagonist also makes it somewhat humorous in a similar way to Konosuba. The music also greatly supported the nature of the scenes by signaling to the viewer if the scene was meant to be humorous or a serious scene for a plot twist.

In conclusion, I rate the series as 6/10. Plot wasn't that great, but the execution was good.
