I really like the story. You would have to be a very creative person to come up with a plot like that in my opinion. The problem I have with the story is that I dont think it was executed very well. Nothing really memorable happened, and it was just a bore until somewhere in the middle. Its kind of like that phrase people say when describing filler to others. "After episode 129 it gets good I swear" for example. You just have to read it first.
The art is pretty good too, but I wouldn't call it the best I guess. Its just generic anime style art.
The characters are where I have a big issue with this series. None of the characters are likeable. I dont even remember half of them because they are all so generic and bland. This usually is the case with these more gorey manga's / anime. They are good at one thing but suck majorly everywhere else.
That's basically it. I would say give it a try, but I dont guarantee that you will like it. Also, you might not want to if you dont have a strong stomach or cant handle gore. Its pretty fucked.
