Bring you the writer of Dead Tube. The dark story of the series made me want to read more stuff from the writer Yamaguchi Mikoto and bring me the Mayonaka no Cross Method. Unlike Dead Tube, Mayonaka has a lot more detective premise rather than a bath of blood stuff.
Story: 7.5
Simply, the MC finds a stuff/power to exchange the body with another person, then one night MC joins an online group of people and exchanges the body with each other. After MC goes back to his body, and he found his sister was killed with someone that was in his body, then the story starts here to find who the killer is. Simple premise, but for me somehow it is easy to predict.
Art: 7
The art is a general 2005s manga drawing style (slightly big eyes type). The character was drawn well with good character design that made you easily recognize each character, also there’s some stunning panels throughout the series!
Character: 7
The characters for me are somehow generic, a MC with confidence and seriously wants the truth and revenge for his sister. The idol type heroine, with a general idol personality but braver and helpful through the series. Also, With below 30 chapters in the series, I am amazed the author could tell every main character's backstories.
Overall: 7
Overall, Mayonaka no Cross Method has a solid to the point plot. Each chapter you read made you feel curious about the story. The girls in the series are also loveable too. With some free weekend I believe you could read this throughout the day.
