One thing I can really say about this manga is that the things you can do for love whether it is parental familial or romance kind of life, you would do so much for the one you love, for example, the sacrifices of the father of Makoto, Calen's love for Makoto , Makoto's love for Calen.
Also I love that they included the meaning of the Calendula flower, despair grief the pain of separation endurance and everlasting love, quite nice isn't (´∩｡• ᵕ •｡∩`)
