I fully think this OVA is criminally underrated and wouldn't bother writing a review otherwise. This feels like it's made for a very specific audience, probably the same people that can enjoy "bad" movies and especially horror comedies like The Toxic Avenger. If you can enjoy the absolutely insane nonsensical plot for the absurdity of it you might love it like I did. The animation was all actually super solid and there's tons of gore just thrown in here for the hell of it (you already know who you are if that's your thing). The audio quality is understandably old but that might have some charm to it. Overall judging from the rating I'd guess you have to be the kind of person to "get it" for it to be worth your time, but if you're one of those people it's a totally solid experience and I loved just about every minute with it.
