So much happens per episode.
It's so fast paced dynamic and colorful.
Characters act rationally and play to their strengths fully.
Plot is consistent and things established early on are used even in later episodes
Exposition dumps are done at 10x speed
I don't usually rate shows because I am not a pretentious anime viewer that gives 1 to shows because they are to sensitive about controversial topics in FICTION.
Especially when those controversial things happen for a reason and establish the atmosphere of the world the characters live in. Also this controversial thing that happens in episode 1 will function as a plot device later on, therefore it functions as a cog in the story and its not just shot value.
THIS. THIS SHOW IS A MASTERPIECE!
