I think the characters are consistent throughout the story and they are likable and feel fresh. Their design is a strong point as well, combining retro style with modern style was an excellent choice for the manga, since it makes it feel more like they're actual yankees.
Another strong point are the erotic scenes, there aren't a lot, but they sure are beautifully drawn and feel smutty enough even when they are simple.
Definitely, give it a read. If you enjoy it as much as I did, you might want to check out the author as well, although I believe this one to be their best work yet.
