Mixed Feelings
Conclusion:

I felt that this final film lacked a certain atmospheric progressive flow seen in the previous films. Making it feel like, as if it were bonus episode to a popular anime series; one that is not entirely serious, but is there just for fun.

There were many instances of represented significance upon things simply to shape the plot in a certain predictable direction.

This film did not have the spark of the previous films or series. It felt like a collaboration between people that don't really know what they're making, but are doing it anyways.

Overall, pretty disappointed. But, can't really expect anything to possibly be better than the previous film... and something that is made in the 2020s to be good.

Art/Visuals:

The visuals were pretty good. They differed in some instances greatly. As is watching a completely new film. The CGI parts were a huge throw off, especially the human sensed fighting movement; it was too different to previous traditional art styles of animation.

Audio: Sound was perfect. Music was a little unfitting at times.

Characters:
The characters seemed shallow, or lacking what was had in previous films.

Enjoyment: It was alright to kinda zone out to. But its not something I hold to be the true end of evangelion.
