What can I say more? Hajin Yoo has yet again mesmerized me with her beautiful art and boys but that is not all! The story captivates me and can either send me laughing and rolling on the floor or make me cry my eyes out. For a sequel, this piece is only two chapters long but the story takes place on Ewon's family problems and his sister appears as well! I'll take my review piece by piece as always...
Story;
Though I always find Korean manwhas and dramas having the same storyline over and over, there is ALWAYS this little atmosphere of Totally Captivated that drives it away from being cliche and stays strong in originality... (maybe because it is a GUYxGUY story.. hehehehe)
But really though, [SPOILER ALERT] the moment Ewon mentions his sister, it alarmed me that something will push his and Mookyul's relationship to the edge once again... Throughout my reading, I just felt the urge to go to next page as quickly as possible.. I can't really describe it well since I don't want to spoil the story but it is very estatic in a way... ^_^
Art;
pfffftttttt!!!!!!!!! if I said it was 'okay', I'd be rolled over by a mammoth by now...(symbolising the fact that that will NEVER happen!) It. Is. BEAUTIFUL.... The guys...Mookyul...Ewon...they remain epic and HAWWTTT!!! So yeah.. No complains.. But the thing is, there are coloured pages and when I read them, I actually felt that I was only half-conscious and the other me was already at the edge of passing to the other world... x'DDD I'm not joking! It really made me stare in awe at the screen just DYING to be in between those guys!!! -shot-
All I'm saying is, it is beautiful... CAPTIVATING to be exact...
Character;
What more can I say? I LOVE Ewon!!! He is a guy... Absolutely. No doubt. But his female touches (like...ranting when Mookyul is running late or rolling and squealing about Mookyul's cuteness) is epic... CUTE to be exact!!!! Even when taking care of his sister, he looked like a mother/wife! I'm not disgusted at all... It just makes me fall for him over and over again... ^_^
Oh and do NOT let me start talking about Mookyul... He is the most epic out of all epic-ness in the ENTIRE universe!!! His possessive attitude and "hey, imma boss" act just SCREAAAAAAMSSSS hawtness... But when he is down to earth and truly becomes the willing and cute lover, I melt... I absolutely melt... He is the superb mafia boss every girl/guy swoons for... So yeah.. I love the main couple to bits!
Enjoyment;
Since it was short, it wasn't as exciting and heart-moving/breaking/thumping/whatever the heck my heart does when I read Totally Captivated. BUT! It is a very good sequel and now, I'll be reading it one more time before bed! (Yes, I enjoyed it very VERY much!)
