I read the manga before watching the anime and I am kind of disappointed. In the anime Hiro is revived by the "Flame of Life" and doesn't have some special powers, but in the manga he is actually revived by Liliane's blood and he gets some special powers like more strength, speed and also he becomes white when he uses them. But in the anime he doesn't have any special powers, there he is only immortal and always scared. In the manga he is never scared when he has to save Liliane, generally he is more of a cool guy instead of being a coward. Also the anime has adapted only a very small amount of the manga! If you read the manga it gets very exciting, but in the anime it's only a small amount which is not so exciting. Overall the I give the anime a 7/10. I recommend reading the manga after watching the anime or vice-versa.
