You may see me review this show and its score of ten, you may call it a bias: you'd be right. For you see, I'm not reviewing the show as a whole, meaning I'm not reviewing at all the twenty-six episodes, I'm reviewing the thirteen original episodes, all of which and in their own right are excellent themselves.
The OST, the animation, the world, the character's design and complex personalities, the english VA (because, in this reviewer's fuckdup mind, this is how the show is meant to be seen), everything is outstanding.
The selfawareness and sillyness of a mecha batman vs the complex and constantly moving plot of what is to come.
The second season is complete shit, don't watch it, don't even believe there is one, because there is none, they are lying to you.
If there were to be a second season, it would be a heartless cashgrab meant to dicktease people and steal from Evangelion (a terrible show in itself) which not only had the balls to drop any sort of intrigue, it teased a third season (if it were to ever exist which it doesn't).
So, in short, the first and ONLY season 10/10.
