Overall a good series, the characters were satisfactory enough if not excellent. Kassel does become stronger as he and his companions continued on their journey to find the holy sword and to vanquish the dark lord Angmund. There’s also the added story of the dark elves, and the persecution they have faced at the hands of Kassel’s kingdom Orvelia. Riheet the dark elf leader has lost all of his comrades, yet in the end he chooses to help Princess Scarlet in her quest to help Kassel. I wish there was a little more romance in this series rather than just friendship though.
I have a few unanswered questions of my own, feel free to comment on them.
1.) Will Kassel and Frey ever become a romantic couple in the near future, and maybe start a family of their own?
2.). Kassel can’t wander around forever he’s gonna need to settle down someday, am I correct?
3.). Who will Princess Scarlet take as either her Prince or at least a Prince Consort I wonder?
4.). Scarlet is going to need to have heirs to carry on the Royal line, so who will she become romantically involved with someday, any thoughts?
