I think this is one of the better stories out there! It's not too one-sided, it's being very believable and rational. The characters develop and unlike majority of works out there, this one works with gradual affection rather than "I don't know why, but do me", although the characters are very open-minded about the whole ordeal.

I have especially liked Saki, he is a likeable character that you can sympathise with very often, as he follows the confusion he's got into.

Overall I strongly recommend this manga, especially for new fans of Yaoi, as it portrays both aspects of love, both emotional and physical, as well as slice-of-life situations that don't get old and aren't over the top. I have read this manga many, many times and I can't get enough of it, it's just way too sweet and captivating :3
