The first chapter is all over the place, somehow mythical creatures from other dimensions have started to come over to Japan and do stuff like student exchange programs. MC is a Manga artist who draws lewd stuff, main girl burns it and burns down the entire apartment.
Landlady/Caretaker comes over, isn't mad at all about that, leads the pair down to the secret dungeon that's there for some reason. Turns out she's a succubi and wants to do lewd stuff to MC.
Elf girl blows up everything again, landlady doesn't show up anymore.
After that it gets a little more fleshed out, but I honestly stil don't have any idea where it's heading.
So far there are 10 chapters out, and it goes in every direction. For some reason it feels like that's intentional, tho - because the MC is a Manga artist who submits a similar Nonsense plot for a contest.
I enjoy Ecchi trash so it's a 9/10 for me - but overall this is pretty bad, 4/10.
