I believe this episode was put out to keep us in suspense of the previous episode, but having a recap 5 episodes in of the new season was very unneeded. If you're planning on watching this special episode, don't expect it to have any new information or scenes you've never seen before.
Unless you have terrible memory and cannot for the life of you remember what had previously happened so far, don't waste your time watching this. I'd rather re-read the manga, at least that would have more information than this 22 minute long episode.
It's seriously a waste of time to watch, so please, if you want to keep 22 minutes of your life, I rather you skip this episode.
