Ah this anime.... starting right off by ripping names out of Legend of the Galactic Heroes like Reinhard and Kircheis (slight modifications added)! Annnnnnd mystical Nazis. Yeeeeeeah. Confusing. Nothing gets explained, your best bet is to have read the synopsis. Aside from that, good luck! Vibe wise, it really feels like it's trying to take a page out of Hellsing but considering how confused we are at the start, this does fuck all! At least they were accurate with Reinhard's hair, blond just like where they got the name from!
