I watch this series at least once a year since I've been introduced to it.
I find it hard to put into words how I've felt watching this every time, but one thing I'm sure of is that it makes my cheeks and stomach hurt from smiling and laughing so hard.
I also feel like this is the rare kind of anime where you can watch it with Japanese VA and enjoy it, then watch it dubbed in English and enjoy it again!
Also, because it's a comedy, I feel that the art has stood the test of time. It can look a bit dated but the art style itself is used so well for many of the gags in this show.
