Personally, I was surprised. From the beginning, I was like "Ah another show with chunibyo". But it wasn't. It was something more. I grew more attached after each episode and bang. Right in my heart.
So let's do it the proper way:
Story - It's about teens, imouto and elementary schooler that has godly powers. Hanging outside and having fun. The mystery story of said elementary schooler will more and more, episode after episode interest our main character and he will find why she has those powers and...
Animation - I would say is pretty good.
I really enjoyed this show. And I hope that I will have a chance to see a good anime like this next season too.
