My teenage brother begged me to watch this so I spent a weekend marathoning it to make him happy and....my God, this was bad. Like really bad. There are a FEW interesting ideas in here like the legal and moral issues of AI not being able to take responsibility for their decisions, the effect on the worldwide economy as human labor becomes obsolete and a few others but they do nothing to make up for how much of a trainwreck this story is. The characters are boring, the villains are wildly inconsistent and the story makes little to no sense.

The first episode was handled adequately enough that I came into this anime with moderate expectations but it was all downhill from there.
