I watch the first 4 episodes and thought it was pretty funny. The characters are completely over the top, but I usually don't have any issues with that. The following 5 episodes though were a total chore. The jokes are always the same. Every episodes are build on the same model.
The anime might have been quite a novelty back then, but in 2011 I think you should spare yourself the pain to watch it. There are better things to do with your time.
