It has a few different arcs in here and I will just say each off them were amazing on their own. Each has such a weight to them and could've been great as their little side plots. But it was so beautifully woven together to create a amazing overall story that most of the other series couldn't capture.
The dialogue between the cast in this season especially in the later arc basically was 90% of the show but it was far better then any action we could've gotten. If you're a fan of dialogue and conversation, then you will enjoy this season a lot.
Overall, I loved this season, I am a fan of the series but I thought the other ones in between were kinda weak. Apart from Bakemonogatari, I didn't enjoy the others in between as much. This one really reminded me why I loved this show so much. The dialogue and story telling is top notch and worth a watch if you're a fan. If you're gonna start with this season, don't, it will make zero sense at all. But if you have watched the others, then this is a must watch season for fans of the series.
