Preliminary (31/? chp)
The characters are great from Conan/Shinichi and his great deductive skills, to Ran and his karate moves, to the Junior Detectives (boy detectives) who are fun and (sometimes) quite talented, and so on.the cases are captivating and we look forward to the next tome (or episode) to get to the bottom of it.

Nevertheless, this brings us to a problem: the length of the series. I don't know if it's the author's imagination that's running out, but we're finding more and more that the principle is being repeated, whether it's the cases involving the FBI and black men where the plot moves forward with almost annoying slowness, or the other cases that seem a bit similar on the edges. At least with this series, we know all the possible methods of committing a murder in a closed room to disturb the local detective ...

And Conan who is still and always on the scene of a crime (not a day off for the heroes of manga dis donc!), if he does not have psychological problems with that then there hat down because he has what to have a severe ulcer and serious disorders with this rain of corpses that there is around him.

I also have a little trouble understanding the temporal rhythm: there are several summer and winter vacations that have passed and yet the characters are always at the same point in their school curriculum. Would they have the capacity to not get older? Would they be in a strange space-time? Maybe I need someone to explain to me the why and the how of this.

In the end, it's an excellent series despite its flaws for fans of the detective genre and others but only in the short to medium term for fans of various scenarios.
