Ah, the fine world of anime such rich color and elegance, it takes on many forms of intricate shapes hundred times over. There are some that paint a beautiful picture that takes you on a wild adventure filled with great characters and supporting cast, Yosuga no Sora is an exemption.
I'll have to be completely honest, I'm a weird person myself, I have this some sort of affection when it comes to romantic development between siblings or relatives. I don't really know what really sparked my love for this weird fetish but there's always something more special when love is between blood related individuals.
Yosuga No Sora is a one of kind anime, partly due to the fact that the anime itself leads to nowhere. There are multiple plot holes and just horrible characters that it makes the experience of watching the anime tedious and boring, I had to slog through it all and waste my time so I could write this review to warn others of the dangers.
The anime takes place in a seemingly desolate town where a small community resides, two twin siblings Haruka and Sora Kasugano moves to after both of their parents died in a tragic accident. Initially, the anime was enjoyable and I liked it for the most part, but as it progressed, I began to question the ultimate motives of the character and tried to get a sense of what the hell was going on. Haruka the main MC began to alternate between each female characters in the anime and develop a relationship between them, was he trying to make a harem for himself or was he trying to solve the internal conflicts in the anime? Most of the supporting cast was utterly useless and ultimately irrelevant, they were all either supports for Haruka's harem or just mere jesters.
The only thing that I liked about the anime was its sexy scenes, where Haruka engaged with members of his harem in hot steamy scenes. But of course there were no actual explicit scenes, just the brazing of the tip.
