賢者(Kenja). 賢 in Kenja means good or wise. 者 means person. So, it means wise person's time. Your mind gets clearer after you nut, and that moment is termed "wise person's time" because a wise person is usually deemed to have a clear mind all the time.

So you should probably watch this if you like the title or not. Are you interested in one person's post nut clarity? Then sure watch this. But if you are not in it for the Ecchi, harem, and (the sort of) reverse rape, then don't watch this, and don't give it a low rating, no less, for being the simple ecchi show that it is supposed to be!
Shows like this shouldn't be compared to masterpieces. You have to rate it according to how well it reached its full potential in its situation, financially and plot-wise, to be the most objective as possible. So this anime was probably not created by a super famous studio - just checked: it is Wolfsbane; never heard of it; seems like Peter grill is its debut work - and the story is catered towards a young, MALE, horny audience. So I will rate it according to how well it appealed towards that audience and if the budget of the studio allowed an anime to be created at all.
So, first of all, yes the budget of the studio was not so horrible that the artwork is horrendous (there are some out there that would have been better not born, unfortunately). It's tolerable and good enough to not get in the way of your thoughts. It's smooth enough. I like all the voice actors and I like the ED.
The story is simple. It's simple and it's for young, male, horny males, okay? Did you get that? Cause, that's the most important part. Done.
