Ill make this review short,
The makers of fire force seem to think that making their anime into a murder mystery is a good idea. I'll tell you right now, it isn't. I have no problem with the story growing more complex over time, it's to be expected. But now it's just a rolling coaster of plot twists. The characters really don't grow much more. The art is still great, music is fine. But I do think what made season 1 special is gone in season 2 (as of now aka episode 13).
Now there are still some good parts, the humor isn't bad. The action scene's are still good. The pacing is ''okay'', it's really all over the place. The second season doesn't improve on anything the first season did good or bad. This doesn't mean it's a bad anime but It's much worse than the first season.
