The main character has this theory of challenging himself of following the desire of who he really is, it has a suffering and a loving sides of affection about himslef/herself.
The meaning of admiring someone and becoming ambitious and care free about it would show the real desire of who he/she wants to be.
Living with no struggles and just enjoy the moment is what he is showing but that´'s not what he/she truley feels because at the very last he/she does not completely love himself/herself.
Personally, I like how the story envolves the struggles of his/her daily life and also the feelings he/she has for his/her formal lover, father, mother and people who support him.
