one new anime from Crunchyroll and Webtoon adapted from Korean Manhwa.
the anime starts straight makes you wondering what is the story about, then later you will get to know about the characters' stories this makes you a bit curious.
Story: the story is very good so far, most it about test stages while climbing the tower (reminds me of the tests in Hunter X Hunter). it's fantasy, got some mystery, drama and action in it, as mentioned it is a bit confusing in the beginning but later it reveals off some of the mystery. during the anime there are fights and hard decisions to be made by the protagonists, enemies turn to allies and allies turn to enemies. some episodes are calm give that atmosphere of relaxing and peaceful life. in general, the story is gonna surprise you until the very end of this season in unpredictable way.
so I would say it's pretty good story for this season [8/10] and it's the most part that got me excited to watch the next season.
Art: not the best, it's suits the general theme of the anime though. the colors feel like 3D art animated but it's not totally 3D. still the animations and the effects are good along with the backgrounds as well. in general it's average [7/10]
and for OST also nothing outstanding or special [7/10]
Characters: the anime is focusing on many characters along with the main characters of the story which makes the story interesting, but for the personalities, Yoru (Bam) the male protagonist his personality isn't the best for his role not strong, hesitates and naive but he is honest and I think that's what is the story about so may be he is not the one who breaks into the scene leaving that to someone with a better personality that would be Khun, he is cunning tricky one with surprising thoughts which gonna make a difference in the story. Rachel the female protagonist is a mysterious quiet girl with a kind heart, her story connected directly to Yoru. it would be long to talk about every character in the anime but in general for the characters I would give it [7/10]
so overall I enjoyed the anime, it was one of the best anime of spring 2020 and looking forward to seeing how the next season is gonna be, specially there is a turning point a head as I think. Overall rating [8/10]
