The plot is one main guy with hidden power that is shown randomly at first, the characters feel very unrefined and dull, there is no real plot, no hype.
The anime is just not worth your time, it's too much focused on one character, failing to show aspects of other characters properly and if you'd give the concept to a better mangaka/creator he would surely come up with way better stuff than this.
The art is alright, it's unique, doesn't make it great.
The story consists of flashbacks of many characters, which is a classic recipe that fails to introduce or elicit sentiment/any for excitement for the upcoming events.
