This show was not terrible, but I feel it was held back by trying to tick as many boxes as possible in only two episodes. It manages to include so many cliches, including: lesbian scenes, tentacles, shemale scenes, anal and ghosts just to name a few.
Some of these scenes come off well, especially in the first episode, however the plot can be hard to keep up with at times with new characters appearing without much explanation.
The key plot revolves around two ghosts, one of these ghosts is fully aware of her powers and uses them to tease both living people and her companion, the latter ghost is quite naive and longs to be with her crush while constantly being teased by her ghost superior.
Soon the crush also dies (the explanation for this is not covered at all) and appears as a ghost, however he gets only limited screen time, what does screen time is his pen*s which the ghosts are able to magically share between them and take turns using.
This leads to the peak of the two episodes where the three of them tease a school teacher while she is working before engaging in full sex with her while she is in front of her bewildered colleagues.
Following this a brief battle arc commences with yet another ghost who uses tentacles to her advantage. However at this point it really felt like the anime was running out of ideas and was just reaching into the back of the tropes cupboard in order to reach the end of the two episode limit.
Although the plot is very confusing and the anime suffers due to trying to please all viewers, it was still pretty good, however unless you are into ghost based teasing scenes, I would not recommend it.
