Characters like Hijikata are like the teachers trying to stop to stop the others and trying to discipline them but instead he breaks the rules lol!

Also when you search Hakuouki SSL you can also find a drama version that is longer and get to see more of the characters I watch a bit of that one and it's pretty funny as well so you do like the OVA maybe you could watch that after if your interested.
