This is an anime that takes time to really enjoy it, but like all good things you just need patients. This fantastic anime is about Satou Tatsuhiro and his struggles as a hikikmori, at times he is a bit delusional in that he thinks everyone is out to get him or making fun of him. Now that is not the case but it makes for some seriously entertaining inner monolog.
Now the story-line is something that i haven't seen done before there is no magic or fantasy or demons or mecha just a really messed up guy, the one other anime that i have seen that has this sort of no magic...etc. is Beck but that doesn't really deal with a delusional 22 year old. Oops a bit of rambling. Alrighty then the story is outstanding and i highly recommend it.
Overall i give it a 10 and recommend everyone to watch it
