I could not follow the story of this series. The main character is searching for her sister, but never actually tried to do anything that would lead her to find her sister. It's not really clear how she lives, or why anything related to her happens at all.
This series introduces way too many side characters, and not a single one of them is important, even a little. They ar there to look cute for the mobile game that this show is based on. Many episodes are them introducing a character, barely suggesting that maybe they have a backstory, and then they disapear, an make cameos in other news girl's episodes.
This show isn't fun to watch, doesn't make any sense, and over all feels like it was made by a group of fans that sort of liked the original series, but didn't get anything about it's tone or character development. It's the single biggest disappointment of this year in anime so far, and any show that might beat it out will have to be trying very hard.
