Sometime I can't tell if the author is going for a parody or they've got a dartboard of ideas they got from fever dreams, but it is some of the most engaging stuff I've read, though maybe I have bad taste.
I hate it and love it, the art is way better than I thought it'd be and some of the characters and world-building is way better than any low effort isekai you'll see in the current genre, which I know isn't saying much but this patchwork mess is surprisingly refreshing.
I highly recommend reading with a group of friends to share how stupid the story is or just disturbing some normies you know with the strange depiction with how birth works.
Also do not come into this expecting something like Conception (The anime, another weird isekai but a lot more sexual), utterly different tone, although, there is a slight ecchi problem.
