From the story itself's quite simple, just a girl who loves anime and inspire to make her own anime

The Character design is simple, yet interesting, recognizeable and unique
as for background is really well drawn, setting in the weird designed town and school, the background's overlay'd with some texture, and animated rough sketch, the artist who draw BG is really pay attention to the details all just like in the manga, if you really care. The environment details is also amazing, they put lot of things that can be a material on the scene which mean everything has its own meaning to be placed there.
Character
The character is amazing, 3 of them make a good combination
Sayaka, She's the one who manage the financial but
not only supporting in financial, She also taking care of these two airhead in the line, and digging their true potential
So basically, Sayaka is a Producer
Midori And Tsubame: Make a good pair, both are artist but has their own speciality, Midori is focused on Background, Art Concept or World Building
And Tsubame is focused on Character Animation, Pose to Pose, perspective character, etc
Overall:
I really have to say, it's just the start of 2020 but I think this really has the potential to be Anime of the Year.
It captures everything we love about anime: Imagination, creativity, wonder and friendship. Without going into too much detail, it's about a girl who loves adventure and wants to make her own anime who meets someone just like her.
This anime has TONS of Value that you can learn from it,
as someone who works on Animation industries, i can guarantee it.
