I really liked this show until episode 10. The comedy was solid in my opinion and the show always subverted my expectations in a satisfying way. Then episode 10 happened and just shifts the tone of the show. I thought the show would throw something equally ridiculous and we would be back to laughing but nope. These ideas are wasted and ruins most of the jokes we laughed at before. It’s like Konosuba turning into something between Re-zero and SAO overnight.
This show was originally a 9/10 for me so dropping to 7 isn’t too bad. It was still enjoyable despite it's shortcomings.
