I would like to say that it is one of the greatest anime's I've ever seen. It's my favorite after Kuroshitsuji. Great story, charecters based on book Alice in Wonderalnd (which is one of my favourite books)... Oh, and sounds are great! I love Kajira Yuki and downloaded album with Pandora Hearts OST. I just loved it! Now I'm trying to read all manga. It's great, too, and when I'll end to read it I'll write review on it too. ^^
My opinion it's one of the best anime's.
P.S: If you liked Kuroshitsuji it would be great to see this anime. ^^
