Sadely I had to watched it in VO because I'm currently living in Japan (but I'm not a native speaker).
I think I will wait one or two years... *sad laughed*... to watch it in "VOSTFR" to say if its number one or two of the One Piece franchise.

Its kind a weird because the only issues I can find in this movies are related to the antagonist. I can't say much without spoiling so I will clause my mouse about it, but that strange cause often there are well made in One Piece. Not this time I guess, but the rest was EPIC!
If you like One Piece, I think you will love-it! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
PS: In my opinion, you should finish reading or watching "Dresrosa Arc" before considering to watched-it. •ᴗ•
