The females, specifically Sei-chan and Tomo-chan are well developed in both character and form. Kozakura-chan's story could have been better laid out and developed deeper into the story.
Basically, through a freak turn of events, a part of Masaki's psyche is absorbed into Sei. Masaki does not die but curls into a deeper part of his mind but continues on in life while Sei dives head first into womanhood and does not come up for air. Through her own strange twist of events, Sei learns that she needs those that have told her that they love her, she just hopes it is not too late to change and that is when the story loops back on itself. The ending was one of the best endings in anime/manga I have come across. For me it brought back the endings of American series like St Elsewhere, The Bob Newhart Show ( the second one ) and M*A*S*H*.
If you are a fan of hentai manga and are looking for something deeper than a whore on payday, Ochiru Tenshi is a must read. This is as far as I am going to go, I am not going to give away anymore of the story line b/c I don't want to ruin it for you; you will just have to read the damn manga for yourself.
