I watched this movie after watching Perfect Blue in hopes of it being a similar psychological thriller. I was thoroughly disappointed because I guess the plot in the first few minutes. The plot was repetitive and too easy to guess so nothing felt shocking. I understood the concept of undying, unwavering, everlasting love but it felt like the exact same scenes were repeating itself. It was like watching The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya season 2 and was very boring even though the art was gorgeous. The plot did not pique my interest and I did not enjoy this movie nor would I recommend it unless you have a lot of time and want to learn good camera angles. This movie is a solid 6/10 because in contrast to Perfect Blue, I felt the director tried to go for a different genre and did not appeal to me.
