This is my very first review of anything. I decided to do it on Dr Stone because I feel like this is a very underrated series, many people are missing out on.
Story 8/10
Humanity has been petrified and turned to stone. People start breaking out of the stone in the year 5738 AD and the world is now in the stone age. The main character Senkuu is a genius of all sciences and plans to bring the world back to the modern age, or even further. It is quite a unique and interesting concept.
Enjoyment 9/10
Dr Stone is a very funny and enjoyable series to read. This is my second favourite series to read after One Piece, in terms of enjoyment. It may even surpass it in the future. Senkuu's inventions are broken down into simple plans on how to make it. This makes it easy and enjoyable to understand. Sometimes my jaw drops with the insane stuff he makes with little resources.
Art 10/10
The art is constantly top quality. I've got no complaints. In the recent chapter 99, the panels were laid out so beautifully, you'll just have to read it to find out.
Character 9/10
All the characters are really funny and have hilarious reactions to stuff. I like all the silly quirks Senkuu and the supporting cast have. Side characters also have importance to the story and aren't useless. They actually make the world seem alive.
Overall 9/10
I definitely recommend you to watch it. It will be a fun experience.
