If someone will ask me, I would say it's the best anime I've ever read. It's a brilliant work with wonderful characters, beautiful style and a really good story. What could you want more? Of course, it's quiet brutal but it goes perfectly with this story and doesn't make it worse. Rather, in my oppinon this brutality just makes this anime better!
If someone asks me to advice Elfen Lied, I do!
