Pretty much just like the "Marine Bloomin'" music video that I reviewed just a few minutes ago - this is a companion music video also featuring Marin from Umi Monogatari, the only difference is a different setting.
Part of the (unfortunate) growing trend of virtual idol singers, with non-flesh-and-blood characters that are completely computer generated, right down to the flat, emotionless singing. What makes it unfortunate is that they are all basically the same flavor of a slightly different stripe - all bouncy, bubblegum-pop quick songs that essentially have no depth or meaning, with annoying autotune and a bouncy, bubblegum-pop idol singer bopping along to the tune. This could easily have been Hatsune Miku, or Miss Monochrome, or Irodorimidori, or...you get the idea.
